Happiness Manager

You will be working on:

• Creating and running internal wellbeing programs and team activities
• Monitoring team satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and one to one conversations
• Identifying areas to improve the work environment and helping bring solutions to life
• Coordinating employee benefits and internal perks and proposing new ideas
• Working closely with leadership and the HR team on engagement and retention
• Supporting onboarding and helping new teammates feel welcomed and supported
• Creating internal communication focused on culture, values, and team initiatives

You are someone who:

• Has experience in HR, internal communication, or culture related projects
• Communicates openly, clearly, and with empathy
• Enjoys organizing, listening, and working with people
• Is proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently
• Naturally sees opportunities for improvement and turns ideas into action
• Knows modern tools for measuring employee satisfaction
• Has an interest in psychology or people centered approaches
