What’s the role about?
We’re looking for someone who’s into cryptocurrencies and blockchain, loves talking to people, and enjoys sharing their knowledge with customers. You’ll also help us build a strong brand and keep improving what we do.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Talking to customers – answering questions and solving issues through Telegram and email.
- Helping users – guiding them through our apps and services to make sure everything works smoothly for them.
- Explaining tricky stuff in simple ways – breaking down concepts like copytrading, sniping, or crypto wallets so they’re easy to understand.
- Fixing problems – tackling any issues quickly and making sure nothing gets in the way.
- Gathering feedback – listening to what users have to say, analyzing their input, and suggesting how we can improve.
- Working with the team – collaborating closely with developers and the marketing team to make our products even better.
What makes you a great fit?
- You speak and write English well enough to handle customer communication like a pro.
- You’ve got some basic knowledge of cryptocurrency trading (experience with CEX or DEX is a bonus).
- Experience with trading and sniping bots? Big thumbs up!
- You’ve got strong communication skills and can explain even the most complicated things in a way that just makes sense.
- You’re quick to respond and know how to manage your time effectively.
- You’re a team player who enjoys working with others to achieve awesome results.
